2026 Sauvignon Blanc
The grapes come from the Ellis family’s Mount Gambier vineyard, an emerging region whose cool climate helps produce fruit with a unique profile. This medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc carries aromas of passionfruit and grapefruit, with a nuance of spice and flint. Lively fruit flavours, supportive mineral acidity and a very rewarding finish: you’ll find Ottelia’s Sauvignon Blanc a great condiment to fresh, enticing food and good company.

REVIEWS
"This is both racy and good. In fact it packs in a lot of flavour, especially given that it’s only 10.2% alcohol. Lemon, lime, passionfruit and brine characters come threaded with lemongrass and fragrant herb notes. It’s lovely. It’s juicy. It’s super-fresh. And it works a treat.'

"Mount Gambier and wine by fruit from the Ellis family. I am reaching more for Mount Gambier wine in recent years than ever. Well, mentally at least.
A delightful rendering of the variety. The palate goes saline and briny in juicy passionfruit, (pleasingly) bitter lemonade characters, touches of green capsicum and a dash of green pineapple. Just so. The perfume more classic, mown grass, lemon, passionfruit, but the sea spray whiffs are there too. Super refreshing, interesting in its way, a very summery expression done well."
