2025 Pinot Gris
The 2025 Pinot Gris is a Limestone Coast blend. Fruit is sourced from the Zanello family in Robe (70%) and the Ellis family in Mount Gambier (30%). Mount Gambier and Robe are perched on the Southern Ocean and have typically cool to moderate day and night temperatures, ideal for the flavour, structure and textural development of this delicate variety.
The 2025 Ottelia Pinot Gris is stylistically consistent with other vintages, generous pear and apple on the nose, following onto the palate, with a layered and textural mouthfeel.

Reviews
"Moreish, fresh, weirdly nostalgic of springtime, a park bench, and an apple in hand. Did that ever actually happen? No clue. But the wine makes me believe it did. Shaved pear skin, crunchy green apples, dessert limes (google if you must). Soft, generous palate, snapped into line with quenching acid, and even palate weight. Underneath: chamomile oil, candle wax, dirty martini, poetry. It’s calm but assertive — the wine as a whole makes me want to buy a house in the country. Drink now. A great example of Pinot Gris, and modern-day drinking."
